Anju comes from a family of pioneer restauranteurs in India. Since the inception of the restaurant in 1984 through today, she continues to oversee the operations. Anju is uncompromising in maintaining the highest standard of quality. Anju’s keen all present supervision insures the consistency and enjoyment of every meal.
Dharma Singh
Mr. Dharma Singh has been cooking for the Kapoor family since 1970.
He has been instrumental in opening Mayur.
His expertise and natural talent has ensured that Mayur continues to impress and receive praise from guests and critics alike from all over the world.
